Dr. Craig Hollander is a 1988 graduate of the University of Missouri Dental School in Kansas City. He completed a one year hospital residency at the Miami Children's Hospital in Coral Gables, Florida, and spent two years at the University of Iowa where he received his master's degree in pediatric dentistry and became board certified. Dr. Hollander is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. In 2005, Dr. Hollander was awarded "Dentist of the Year" by the Missouri Dental Association for his community services to promote children's oral health initiatives by the Missouri Dental Association.
