Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills has implemented House Calls. This program is a personalized appointment reminder system that will call and remind you of upcoming appointments with our office. We have decided to implement House Calls because this will allow us in providing a higher level of service and a more efficient means of communication.
Additionally, House Calls will enable our entire staff to fully concentrate on serving you during your appointment. As always, you may contact our office at 314.822.2764 during our regular office hours.
House Calls will access your home number or your cell number if you do not have a land line number and deliver an informative message pertaining to your next appointment. It is not necessary to respond to this message, it is simply a reminder of your appointment time.
Generally, the system will call you one or two days prior to your next appointment. To ensure that you receive your appointment reminder, we will schedule House Calls to call you between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm. If you are not available, House Calls will leave a message on your answering machine or voice mail.
