Payment -
Payment is due at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
For patients with dental insurance -
We file claims for all PPO dental plans. Our doctors currently participate with Delta Dental of Missouri-PREMIER. All other PPO insurance plans would be considered out-of-network and may or may not reduce benefits. We strongly encourage our parents to FIRST contact their insurance company or employer's human resource department to determine their type of dental plan. Our insurance coordinators are available to assist you in understanding and maximizing your benefits.
Care Credit -
CareCredit is a payment program designed for families with or without dental insurance to assist or pay for dental services not covered by insurance. They offer a variety of low minimum monthly payment plans and have no annual fees. Once accepted, you can begin using the card immediately.

Returned Check Fees -
There will be a $25 returned check fee added to an account for any returned check. Accounts that have returned check activity will be considered as a "cash only" account.
Refunds -
Should a credit balance occur on an account after treatment has been completed and insurance has been paid on all claims, refunds will be made upon request.
